Make it more interesting. Mention other blogs in yours, and post a comment on theirs with a link to your mention. (Make sure that the mentions are relevant, of course.)
The one thing you don't want to do is spam your URL all over the web. You get known as "that spamming blog".
Search the web - I've seen a few blog articles on increasing readership. (Like a sign-up-for newsletter, an RSS feed, etc.)
